Barryville-Shohola Bridge
Highway Bridge
A new span across the Delaware was built here in 2007. The older bridge was built in 1941 and survived World War II and several major Delaware floods. The original bridge was a suspension bridge built in 1866 and lasted until 1941. The bridge connects two lively communities, Barryville, NY, and Shohola, PA. The Barryville NYSDEC acess point is on the New York side of the river. For more information about Barryville, select this link.
