National Park Service Site
Accessible from U.S. 209, between mile markers 6 & 7, The National Park Service maintains this primitive access site with no facilities and parking for only five vehicles. The site is part of the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. The 70,000-acre park follows 40 miles of the Middle Delaware National Scenic and Recreational River through the Delaware Water Gap. 4x4 vehicles are recommended; large boats are not recommended. There is no fee charged.
The next NPS access point upstream is 6 miles upriver at Dingmans Ferry, PA. The next downstream access is 4 miles downriver at Bushkill Boat Launch on the Pennsylvania side.
