Dobbs Ferry is one of the Hudson River towns and a local stop on the Hudson train line. The station is located near a park along the river. The station is a commuter railroad station on the Hudson Line of the Metro-North Railroad. The Hudson Line is owned and operated by the Metro-North Railroad. It runs north from New York City along the east shore of the Hudson River, terminating at Poughkeepsie. The line has 20 stations departing from Grand Central and ending in Poughkeepsie.
