Bonds Landing Boat Ramp

The Green Ridge State Forest boat ramp, also known as Bonds Landing, is located 6 miles east of Flintstone on U.S. Route 40. There is parking for 6 vehicles and a portable restroom. Take Interstate 68 exit #64, M.V. Smith Road, south to Oldtown Road south to Mertens Ave. east. The site is a popular entry point for a winding section of the Paw Paw Bends. A campsite is available at Bond's Landing on a first-come, first-served basis.

The river trip from Bond's Landing to Fifteen Mile Creek is 9 miles, estimated at about 3 hours, with Class I rapids. Fifteen Mile Creek is the site of the famous "Bill's Place", a local hangout. Upstream, the starting point for a 12 mile trip to Bond's Landing is at the Paw Paw Tunnel.
