Old Presbyterian Meeting House

A gathering place for patriots, the Old Presbyterian Meeting House was founded in 1774. The graveyard features the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier of the American Revolution and other leaders of historic Alexandria. This is a functioning church of the Presbyterian Church (USA). Worship services are conducted during the summer at 10 a.m. Sundays, and the rest of the year at 8:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. The office at 316 S. Royal Street is open Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
