The Marshall Hall boat ramp, part of Piscataway Park, is located at the end of Route 227 in Charles County. There are two ramps and a pier available. The site has 40 parking spaces. From Indian Head highway, Md. 210, follow Route 227 North to the ramp.

This is a popular area for shoreline fishing. The Marshall Hall ramp is situated just above Greenway Flats in the Mount Vernon area of the river. It is open year-round, dawn to dusk, with no ramp fee. Small, hand-paddled boats can be launched from the ramp or from the Potomac shoreline.
