This spark is located near Georgetown University and the Georgetown neighborhood and extends northward to McLean Gardens. It is one of the "finger parks" of Rock Creek Park and administered by the National Park Service. The park is heavily used by joggers and hikers, but still maintains an isolated atmosphere. The Park Service prohibits off-leash dogs, bicycles, or motorized vehicles.
