River Riders is a Licensed Professional White Water Guide Service. Originally started in the early 70's by Frank Hubbard of Annandale, VA as Shenandoah River Rafters, River Riders has seen many progressions over the years. The original piece of property was a converted gas station. River Riders Inc. offers white water rafting, tubing, canopy tour/zip lining, aerial forest adventure parks, kayaking, canoeing, mountain biking, lodging options and fishing adventures on the Shenandoah and Potomac Rivers.
