Hatfield is a small, rural town located in Hampshire County, Massachusetts. Founded in 1670, Hatfield is rich in agricultural history and prides itself on its close-knit community. The town is situated along the Connecticut River and is part of the Springfield, Massachusetts Metropolitan Statistical Area. As of the 2020 census, Hatfield had a population of 3,352.
