Sunderland Boat Ramp
Boat Ramp
The Sunderland Boat Ramp is a public access facility located on the Connecticut River in Sunderland, Massachusetts. It is situated off School Street on the north side of the Sunderland Bridge. The boat ramp provides canoe and fishing access and is managed by the town of Sunderland. To reach the boat ramp, you can go north on Route 47 for one block from the intersection of Routes 116 and 47 in Sunderland, then take the first left onto School Street. The boat ramp is at the end of a dirt driveway off to the left at a big cottonwood tree. Please note that overnight camping is not allowed at the facilities, and parking for more than 18 hours is also prohibited.
This site is part of the Connecticut River Paddlers Trail, which includes campsites, access points, and portage trails along the river.
