This site is a paved, but unmarked, path to the Connecticut River near the Gurudwara Dukh Nivaran Sahib Sikh Temple in Windsor. The boat ramp leads to the Connecticut River, not the Windsor Locks Canal. The site, located off Palisado Avenue, is privately owned and will be closed if access rules are violated. Users are advised to park trailers in the field area only, to prepare for launching in the field nearby, and park in the field.

This site is part of the Connecticut River Paddlers Trail, which includes campsites, access points, and portage trails along the river.
