Bulkley Park, located at 1 Michele Drive in Rocky Hill, is a completely wooded park that overlooks the Connecticut River. Established in 1919, it is Rocky Hill’s second oldest park and spans 24 acres. The park offers visitors one mile of easy to moderate hikes through hills and valleys. It is intended for activities such as hiking year-round, snow-shoeing, or cross-country skiing during the winter months. Dogs are permitted on a leash.
